We have been in business for 50 years in Denton and have a wealth of experience and knowledge to offer the best solutions for our customers! We are currently looking to fill up to three positions. Experienced mechanics are our priority but even if you have never worked in a bicycle store before, so long as you have an interest in bicycles we can offer training . You will be expected to learn our products and services to best suit the customer in any situation. Sales experience is not required however it will boost your value and potential at the position.
Bike Technician Duties:

Create a top class experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement, specifically (but not limited to) our inventory and brand access.

Uphold store standards for repair service and merchandise presentation.

Demonstrate ability to interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their sport or activity.

Promote store programs including Unlimited Service program sales and other seasonal promotions.

Achieve sales goals through repair service, bicycle sales, and related merchandise.

Bike building, repair, and service.

Stay current with new bicycle technology and features as they become available as well as develop new skills and technical knowledge to service and repair them.

Able to quickly research and find solutions to service or repair issues as they arise.

Flexibility! We are a team; therefore you will be expected to fill other roles as needed.
Sales Associate Duties:

Learn the brands and merchandise sold through the store and become knowledgeable of new products as they become available.

Able to quickly research and find solutions to customer inquiries as they arise.

As business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.
Qualifications:

Previous Bicycle Shop experience is preferred.

Mechanical experience, specifically with bicycles.

Ability to be self-motivated, able to prioritize work day, be flexible with walk-ins, multitask, and be detail-oriented.

Compensation is paid weekly based on hours worked depending on schedule, position, and ability. Compensation can be negotiated as needed.
